All our meals are prepared in a professional kitchen which is regularly inspected by the Fresno County Health Department. Owners and staff hold certifications in food handling and safety, including ServSafe Certification. We are members of the California Restaurant Association (http://www.calrest.org) and the Clovis Chamber of Commerce (http://www.clovischamber.com).
Sanitation and quality control are of primary importance when preparing food. Employees are trained to recognize these qualities in all aspects of food production.
Many of our fruits and vegetables come directly from the farmers — we are fortunate to live in the salad bowl of the nation, and we take full advantage of that fact to provide the best in-season fruits and vegetables in our dishes.
